Concussion Training

Hello . Ohio South Soccer Referee Committee ("OSSRC") now requires that you upload a copy of your Concussion Course completion document. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE TRAINING WITHIN TWO (2) YEARS OF THE REQUESTED LICENSURE YEAR. This is to prevent lapse of the training during the year. Your uploaded concussion training certificate will be presented to the DRA as US Soccer releases licenses to Ohio South.
