2010 OSSRC Re-Certification Requirements for USSF Referees

Grade 12 Assistant Referees
Attend a Module “A” (Intermediate Re-Cert Clinic) session to satisfy re-registration requirements.
Attendance at a Module “B”, “C”, and/or “D” session does NOT supersede this requirement.
Re-Registration fee is $35. Payable to “OSSRC”.

Grade 9 Recreational Referees
Attend a Module “A” (Intermediate Re-Cert Clinic) session to satisfy re-registration requirements.
Attendance at a Module “B”, “C”, and/or “D” session does NOT supersede this requirement.
Re-Registration fee is $35. Payable to “OSSRC”.

Grade 8 Referees (Less Than 3 Years Experience - First Registered Aug. 2006 or Later)
Attend a Module “A” (Intermediate Re-Cert Clinic) session AND meet any one of the following criteria:
   1) Attend a Module “B” (Intermediate Re-Cert Clinic) session or
   2) Attend the Pre- and Post- Game Workshops at Crew Referee Day or
   3) Attend other referee meetings/workshops/clinics as directed by the local OSSRC District.
Attendance at a Module “C”, and/or “D” and/or “State Referee” session does NOT supersede the above requirements.
Re-Registration fee is $40. Payable to “OSSRC”.

Grade 8 Referees (More Than 3 Years Experience - First Registered Prior to Aug. 2006)
Attend a Module “C” (Advanced Re-Cert Clinic) session AND meet any one of the following criteria:
   1) Attend a Module “D” (Intermediate Re-Cert Clinic) session or
   2) Attend the Pre- and Post- Game Workshops at Crew Referee Day or
   3) Attend other referee meetings/workshops/clinics as directed by the local OSSRC District.
Attendance at a Module “A”, and/or “B” and/or “State Referee” session does NOT satisfy the requirements for re-registration.
Re-Registration fee is $40. Payable to “OSSRC”.

Grade 7 Referees
Take the USSF Running Test AND
Attend a Module “C” (Advanced Re-Cert Clinic) session AND meet any one of the following criteria:
   1) Attend a Module “D” (Intermediate Re-Cert Clinic) session or
   2) Attend the Pre- and Post- Game Workshops at Crew Referee Day or
   3) Attend other referee meetings/workshops/clinics as directed by the local OSSRC District.
Attendance at a Module “A”, and/or “B” and/or “State Referee” session does NOT satisfy the requirements for re-registration.
Re-Registration fee is $40. Payable to “OSSRC”.

Grade 5 & 6 State Referees
Take The USSF Running Test AND
Attend the State Referee Clinic (or the State Referee Make-Up Clinic).
Re-registration fee is $70. Late registration fee is an additional $25. Payable to “OSSRC”.

Grade 15 Emeritus Referees
Primary Requirement …. Attend the State Referee Clinic (or the State Referee Make-Up Clinic) or
Optional Requirement …. Attend a Module “C” (Advanced Re-Cert Clinic) session AND
1) Attend other referee meetings/workshops/clinics/mentoring sessions as directed by the local OSSRC District.
Attendance at a Module “A”, and/or “B” session does NOT satisfy the requirements for re-registration.
Re-Registration fee is $70. Payable to “OSSRC”.
