Referee Re-Certification Procedures for 2009

1. Go on-line at www.ossrc.com
   
   
2. Click on the 'Member Login' button on the left hand side of the front page. Login using your Ohio South referee number (not your USSF ID number) and your password. If you do not have your Ohio South ref number and password, you can have it sent to you via email. Simply follow the instructions on the login screen, entering your email address, and your information will be sent to you. If you do not receive the email with your login info, you also have the option to send a request to your district administrator requesting the info. Note: AOL users may experience difficulty because of mail blocking.
   
   
3. Once you are logged in, you will see the main menu. Click on the 'Your Profile' link. Take time to review your personal data to ensure that it is correct. Click on the ‘Edit Profile’ button to make updates as appropriate in any of the upper (light gray) areas, including the spelling of your name and/or changing your password, if you so chose. This is the information that will appear on your registration form and will be subsequently sent to USSF. Return to the main menu.
   
   
4. If you are over 18 years of age, click on the 'Risk Management' link. You will be taken to the Risk Management form used by Ohio South Youth Soccer Association. Complete this form in its entirety and submit the form. Once you have submitted the form, print a copy of the completed form. You MUST bring this form with you to your re-certification clinic. Return to the ossrc.com website.
   
   
5. From the main menu, click on the 'Registration Form' link. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. Your completed 2009 registration form will be displayed to you. Print a copy of the registration form. Sign the form and answer the 'criminal' question. You MUST bring this form with you to one of the scheduled re-certification clinics posted on ossrc.com. DO NOT mail this form to USSF or to your district administrator. Note to AOL users: If you cannot display the form correctly, minimize your AOL browser and attempt to access the site using Internet Explorer.

Re-Registration Fees: Make check payable to OSSRC or Ohio South State Referee Committee:
